Softskills

What is softskills??? that's what I was questioning to myself when I first heard about it in 2006. Then later ..... perhaps last year 2008 I did search on the web the difference between softskills and other skills when I was compiling activities on vocabulary for I sem B.Tech course.

What I did really work on was a brief study on softskillsVShardskillsVSmultiskills. All these are interlinked : EQ+Communication skills+ multiskills in the technical/hardskills=successful people. This is what one learns to know at a SOFTSKILLS training program.

THIS SKILL SET NEEDS TO BE NURTURED ALWAYS.
HOW DO WE DO IT?

FIRST - HAVE AN OPEN MIND TO LEARNING then everything will fall in line!

We had good exposure to SOFTSKILLS at the training program given by Cornerstone at VIT University.
