Then later ..... perhaps last year 2008 I did search on the web the difference between softskills and other skills when I was compiling activities on vocabulary for I sem B.Tech course.<div>What I did really work on was a brief study on softskillsVShardskillsVSmultiskills. All these are interlinked : EQ+Communication skills+ multiskills in the technical/hardskills=successful people.
